We take a 100% cotton t-shirt and hand paint a metallic purple and blue Milky Way band across the front, add a layer of glow in the dark pigment, and then scatter stars all over. 

We use high quality textile paint and then heat set for durability. It is machine washable: turn inside out, wash on gentle, and hang dry. Due to the hand made nature, slight variations in design and color may occur.
